By accessing and using Mood Catcher ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using the App's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Mood Catcher provides users with tools to track their moods, set goals, and reflect on their mental health journey. The App includes features such as mood logging, diary entries, and goal setting.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to use the App in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Modifications to the Service and Terms

Mood Catcher reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to you. Mood Catcher shall not be liable to you or any third party should Mood Catcher exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically and be aware of any modifications. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified terms and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified terms.

6. Termination of Use

You agree that Mood Catcher may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the App with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms of Service. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mood Catcher be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the UK.
